In collaboration with The Symphonic Orchestra of Laval (OSL), I took charge of shaping the visual identity for their 2022 festival. From concert posters to leaflets and social media strategy, my goal was to give each performance a distinct visual presence. The OSL, under the direction of Alain Trudel, offers its audience a meticulously chosen repertoire—inviting them to rediscover classical masterpieces under a new light.
Inspired by the harmonious collision of classical and contemporary elements, the visual identity I crafted becomes a vibrant dialogue between tradition and modernity.
The design ethos revolves around the playful and eccentric, mirroring the OSL's commitment to pushing boundaries. A series of minimalist and refined collages, drawing inspiration from archival snippets, serves as the visual anchor. These visuals not only encapsulate the essence of each musical event but also promise to radiate the eclectic charm of the OSL's programming.
